Our doors open Thursday 7 PM–2 AM, Friday 6:30 PM–2 AM, and Saturday 6 PM–2 AM. The party goes until 2 AM each night.
Savannah Smiles is a 21+ venue. All guests must present a valid, non-expired physical ID upon entry.
No. Savannah Smiles is an adults-only environment. It is one of the busiest bars in Savannah, with loud music, crowded conditions, spilled drinks, food on the floor, and possible broken glass. For safety reasons, children are not permitted inside the venue.
A physical ID is required. Georgia law does not allow bars or restaurants to accept digital IDs.

No. Savannah Smiles uses continuous video and photography throughout the venue, and we cannot guarantee exclusion. Multiple security cameras and ongoing recording operate at all times, with signage posted to notify guests. By entering, you acknowledge that photos and video may be taken during your visit.
We do not have a dance floor, and for safety and insurance reasons, we cannot formally allow open dancing. Guests may enjoy the music from their tables.
We have a casual dress code. Shorts and t-shirts are welcome.

Reservations and Tables
For parties of four (4) or more, reserve your table online. For special events, groups of 15+ and corporate events, visit our Private Events page.
No. There is no minimum spend — we only ask that you order directly from your server.
For all reservation-related questions, including changes, confirmations, seating, or special requests, please email: reservations@smilespianos.com. Our reservations team will be happy to help.
We aim to respond to reservation inquiries as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 24–48 business hours for a reply, especially during busy event periods.
To ensure your request is handled accurately and securely, all reservation questions should be sent directly to reservations@smilespianos.com. Messages sent through other channels may experience delays.
You may transfer your reservation to another night, but refunds are not offered.
VIP tables can seat groups of 4 or more, with no maximum.
You may reserve up to two hours before showtime, depending on availability.
Yes. We can list your table under any name you choose.
Yes — book a reservation in advance.
Most late-night guests walk in, but we can hold a semi-private section until around 10 PM for $1,000, which includes VIP entry and a private server for 20 guests. Additional guests are $10 each. Tables often open up around 9:30–10 PM, so walk-ins may find seating after a short wait.
Getting Here
Rideshare is the easiest! Uber and Lyft drivers sometimes confuse us with Saddlebags downstairs on River Street. Make sure your driver selects Savannah Smiles – 314 Williamson St, Savannah, GA 31401 and that you are dropped off on Williamson Street, not River Street.
Yes — we highly recommend it. It avoids parking hassles, and drop-off is simple. Just double-check that the app shows Savannah Smiles on Williamson Street before you get out of the car.
We don’t have our own parking, but there are plenty of garages and on-street options nearby. City parking decks are usually more affordable than hotel garages, and all are just a short walk from the venue.
Arrival and Timing
The show starts at 8 PM. Arrive early for the best seating — it is much easier to find a seat before 7 PM.
Sure. Anytime before 8 PM is great, and earlier arrivals make finding seating much easier.
Reservations close at 8 PM, but you are welcome to walk in. Space is subject to availability.
Availability varies by night. Walk-ins are always welcome, and we will seat you if space is available.
